hello, i would like to thank you for your service
well, i am a sikh and i know its the right religion for me, but i still get bits of doubt in my mind, i try as hard as i can to concentrate myself, i think it might be because i dont know enough im not sure.

Another question is i have cut my hair since i was born, and i want to know if this is a sin, and can i still merge with god
thank you very much

Sat Siri Akaal.
I am not certain what you mean by concentration. If you mean meditation or focus on paath or God in meditation, one's inability to concentrate disappears with regular practice. Humans have what by some is called 'monkey mind'-- an inability to focus one-pointedly on a single thing. The effort is all. Siri Guru tells us that by "remembering, remembering God in meditation, peace comes and doubts flee." It just doesn't come as fast as we would like, since there is much garbage in our minds that needs to clear out first. But it DOES come.

Cutting hair is not going to keep you from merging in Waheguru. We keep our hair because that is how God made us, and who are we to try to 'improve' on what He made? But it is not a requirement to union with Waheguru. Practice of the Naam, however, is.
Guru ang sang,
