k my question is why am i soo stupid in schoool im really stupid and noo mater how much i try to focus my brain jus says no i dont want to learn. is it in my karma to be a idiot????

(REPLY) Sat Nam. You are definitely NOT stupid, nor are you an idiot. If you were, you would not be asking this question! The fact that you know that you are having difficulty proves your intelligence! There can be many reasons for having difficulty learning. there are often physical causes such as poor eyesight, or a thing called ADD (attention deficit disorder)which is treatable. You could look it up on the internet. I also suggest that you go to a school counselor and explain your problem, and ask for help. You may very likely have a medical problem that simply has to be indentified. Meanwhile, do pray for help and guidance, read your banis, and try to focus your mind by silently, with eyes closed, thinking SAT as you inhale, and NAM as you exhale. Do this for about 3 minutes every morning before school. May God bless you and Guru guide you through this difficult time. SP
