(REPLY) Sat Nam. Reciting the SO PURKH section of Rehiras Sahib eleven times a day has been known to attract a man of God to be your husband. (More detail about the power of this shabd is on Page 94 of the book "Marriage on the Spiritual Path" by Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa.) By the way, you don't have to do all eleven at the same time. Let me just say, however, that each person is born with a destiny, and happiness comes when we find -- or at least attempt to follow our path to that fulfillment. Being married doesn't guarantee happiness! True Happiness comes from within --when we connect with our very own soul through meditation. Happpiness comes from serving others -- seeing the God in others and serving them. Another shabd one can recite and even sing is DHAN DHAN RAM DAS GUR, JIN SIRIA TINEH SAVAARIA... "the mantra for a miracle." Have you explored the SikhNet website for the Matrimonial section to look for a suitable mate? Just remember, we are all born Divine, and we are here on Earth in physical bodies to "learn to be human" -- to pay our karma. Human birth is a great gift and privilege, it is an insult to God when we don't value this opportunity to discover the God within us --so think about the fact that every time you inhale, it is God giving you life, out of love for you, yes YOU! May God bless you and Guru guide you to live in peace and happiness. SP
