Waheguru Ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh

I would quickly liek to explain my view on why they didnt take the sword. If we look carefully look at the Sikh Guru's history we can see that it was a plan.....planned to perfect. They were lesson taught that were planned to perfection! Think, Guru Nanak began the master plan and when did the Sikh recieve the Sri Sahib (Kirpan) right at the end. How can we battle and fight when we have not understood life. An old saying is to take life one must first respect it. Guru Arjan had a lesson to teach the world. The body is nothing, we should be able to put our body composed of the 5 elements to protect something we belive in. That was his message. Guru Tegh Bahadur had a similar message. All religion share equal and rank no better then any other and as people we can believe in whatever we like. That is the Will of God so to say. SO he showed his follwers and the Hindu's that he was prepared to be killed for another religion. Put all 10 teaching together and see what kind of a Sikh you turn into. A Saint Soldier! Life is nothign to get hooked upon, to think of the future is pointless, Guru Tegh bahadur was absorbed in the naam and he left this world and helped the thousand like me! without the sword. There are many forms of fighting, Fight maya first, it is your worst enemy you shall ever face. Look around you, look at the religious leader and look at the fanatics..they are all losing :( Sorry this reply is also the to guy who wanted to learn to become strong through martial Arts.)
