hello,

i've guestion here.........hope u know the answer
My parents told me that we sikhs dont believe in that "kast system"
But jab koi chadhi karne lagta hai to phir uski kast phir bhi kyu dekhi jatey hai. Coz humme sikhaya hai: "guru Nanak Dev ji had broken the kast system"
can u plz tell me is that right???
And aap mujhe bata sakhtey hai, ki Gotra, (Kul, Vansh) kya hotta hai??
Or is that a "real hindu question"?

Guru Nanak eliminated all separations between people. The Caste system does not exist in our Sikh/Khalsa way of life.
