Hey, that happens to me, too and you tie it tight in the winter inside and gets loose when you go outside and head gets cold and shrinks and when you do opposite for summer. Well, you move the patka around off the bone lower than ears and use the baaz. That helps. but don't fool around too much with it - annoying and will get too loose and you'll have to start all over.
