Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

Hello Sikhnet, may dhan dhan guru granth sahib ji bless us all, i would like to go directly to my question, i've been reciting many shabads but i dont know which is the most powerful shabad which can bless us with prosperity and all of my wishes can be fulfilled and my another question is, i am currently finding a very poetic shabad starting "mittar pyareh nu hal murida da" but i am unable to find it, could anyone tell me where i can find this shabad and also explain to me what is the significance of reading this shabad.

Thanks a million!

***************************

Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa, Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh.

In the Ardas, Guru Gobind Singh tells us that if we meditate on Guru Teg Bahadur - the nine treasures will come to us. The nine treasures encompass both earthly and spiritual wealth. So if you are looking for prosperity - meditate on Guru Teg Bahadur and watch what happens.

One Shabd that is said to bring prosperity and fulfill all desires is
Jap Man Satinaam, Sadaa Satinaam. You can listen to it in the SikhNet Gurbani Archive. A copy of the shabd sheet is also on SikhNet: http://www.sikhnet.com/GurbaniKirtan/tr_0141a.html.

"Mittar pyareh nu hal murida da" is a very beautiful song written by Guru Gobind Singh. He wrote it during a time that he was wandering in the forests alone, his army had been severely targeted and his children killed. In those moments he had lost all earthly comforts. But he felt God comforting him. When I meditate on this shabd, my sense is that he did feel the loss of his earthly shelter and, at the same time, knew that - without God - no earthly shelter would ever be adequate for a human.

The place where I have seen this Shabd is in a book called Psyche of the Soul. You can order it through Ancient Healing Ways. However, I am not sure where else this shabd may be - perhaps someone reading this will know.

Hope this answers your questions.

Love and blessings.
