my biggest problem is that i am attracted to girls but i just want to throw away these types of feelings form my mind... i want to be pure! please help me out!

i want to meditate and find out what joy you get when you get god but i dunno how to start and proceed! please tell me how to get rid of such feelings and attain god! please ... ..

Who says these feelings aren't pure? How do you think children come into the world?

It is not possible for you to throw these feeling away because you are a young man and young men very naturally and easily find women attractive. So first-accept this as a fact of life and find a way to master that energy so that it doesn't master you. Trying to deny it gives it far more power than just accepting it and learning how to deal with it.

You can channel that energy into physical exercise, doing creative projects, performing seva-there's a lot of energy there. Find ways to use it that are graceful and honorable to yourself and others. In that way, you will become the commander of your own being and not be enslaved by those feelings.

As for meditating and finding the joy of God-just follow Guru Nanaak's instruction. Rise in the early morning hours before the sunrise. Take a cold shower (this will help you with those other feelings, as well) prepare your body and mind for an experience of meditation and then lovingly and meditatively chant or sing about how great the Cretor is. Do that for 40 days. You'll find God easier than you could have imagined.
