Wahe Guru Ji ki Fateh!

Hello, My name is Dilbir and i am 24 years old. My problem is that when I wanna to Listen Punjabi Songs on Tv I feel guilty coz the way the Punjabi Guys cut their hairs as well as there bred it does not seem good, plz do something to stop them otherwise the sikhism will dove.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Since you feel so strongly about this, why don't YOU do something about it? Send them a letter (or an e-mail) Unfortunately, not all Sikhs have the consciousness to value their hair and beards, and we can't really force people to understand. We can, however, try to inspire and encourage them to live as God made them, and as Guru Gobind Singh instructed. (Look up all the material on SikhNet abou hair, and maybe send them a copy of the information) I wish you well. (And, if watching them makes you feel guilty, then you are hurting yourself. Guilt is not a healthy feeling. So maybe you'd feel better if you watched something else?) God bless you . SP
