Hello Dear Moderator

I live in the UK and was wondering if you could tell me where i can learn to practice Kundalini Yoga, I have read a lot about this from this site and other sites, but it seems that only 3HO people practice it (and they all live in US ) ... so im a bit stuck cos i want to learn it but all the people who practice it with reference to Sikhi are in the US !!!

SO do you know any 3HO people here in the UK that I could contact ??

-x-(REPLY) To find a Kundalini yoga teacher you could just look in the phone book for 3HO, or access he 3HO WEBSITE: http://www.3ho.org and you will find a link to a listing of all the 3HO centers throughout the world, and teachers certified by IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) - http://www.kundaliniyoga.com . There is a center in London I believe. You might also phone long distance, of course, 505 753-0423 which is the number for IKYTA. There are also some books available online. Tryt doing a search on Amazon.com for Kundalini Yoga. Seek and you shall find! Blessings, SP
