Sat Siri Akal,

My son is 21 yeas old. He is very irresponsible for his age. like driving, education all the daily responsibilities. At this point company is driving him.
I have tried my best. He never listens to me. He got few traffic tickets in last few months.

please help me and guide me in right directions. Please give me some path or Shabad to show him a direction in the right path.

Sat Siri Akaal. At some point you have to let you son make his own mistakes. The more you say to him about what he is doing wrong--as you see it-- the more, perhaps, he wants to rebel. This is not uncommon at his age. It is part of becoming an adult.
So, pray for him, ask him about his day, and let him learn to be a man without your constant worry and oversight. Recite daily 11 times the shabd Poota Mata Kee Asees, which I believe you will find in the 'shabads for printing' link on the Sikhnet homepage. This is a good prayer for a mother to give her son!
