How R U doin guys?.....I don't mean to waste your time unnecessarily because I can imagine u guys r very busy.
But I was reading some of the responses on hair and I read a claim that
1. Hair on our legs regulates our glandular system
2. Hair under our arm pits balances the parasympathetic symphathetic nervous systems and the brain.
Wot is this based on? what evidence do you have to support this claim?

Sat Sri Akal,
The answers that you read were no doubt to questions asking why we keep hair in Sikhism. The youth need scientific and understandable answers to questions like these. I do not know who wrote these answers and can not verify them.
However, and this is important, we keep hair in Sikhism because the Gurujis who came before us said so. That is it. No scientific explanation, no physical explanation. The Guruji said to keep your hair, so we do. That is all the explanation a Sikh should need.
Gur Fateh,
