I need to ask a qestion about Golden Tempple" why golden temple COLOR is GOLD? why they choose a GOLD.... ? why is only GOLD ?

The Golden Temple is not the Color of Gold...it is pure gold.
The lower part is marble with inlaid designs and semi precious stones.
It is an achitectural masterpiece of greater magnitude. It is greater than the Taj Mahal for not only is the structure magnificent, but also because the Nam of God, the Shabd is chanted inside nonstop. It is a living door to God consciousness.

It was built to glorify God and is a "house of God " of great beauty and richness for all people to marvel and feel the granduer of God's home that we all share.
It is a metaphor for the greatness of God and the love of the Sikhs for God.
