hi,

i am having this problem from long time pls help me as i have a lot of faith in god and i know that as sikh we cant remove hair but where i work the dress is cutsleves and skirt and with hair on my body i cant wear it and i cant leave that job the head of the office is saying me 2 remove the hair as i have to stand in front of many people and it does not look nice so what should i do should i remove my hair and i think that we cant cut hair on the head

Sat nam. If you live in the USA, this is religious discrimination and is against the federal and most state laws. Anywhere else, it is perhaps not against the law to discriminate against people who keep all their hair.
Choice is yours. I think you should fight it and say I'm a Sikh and I don't cut my hair. Life takes courage to live. In the end, it depends on your own relation to Guru and devotion to the practices of Sikhi.
Perhaps the employer could let up and let you wear churridars under the skirt and longer sleeves.
