hi,

what does guru have to say about this, i am a 17 year old female by the way. ok so if you are at a guy's house and hes lying down on the bed and your on top of him. sitting on him like his penis, you can feel it on your vagina but with clothes on and your humping.. dry humping is that allowed?

No. It is still sexual contact, though it is NOT penetration. The observant Gursikh does not play around like this sexually until after marriage, period.
