Have you heard of IkOnkar Magazine?

IkOnkar Magazine is the first international magazine made for Sikh youth through the nishkam (anonymous) seva (volunteer work) of Sikh youth from around the world.

This magazine will serve Sikh youth:
-create awareness of Sikh youth events, camps, projects and organizations
-create pride and excitement for Sikhism in the Sikh youth of the world
-attract youth from all walks of life to share their experiences in life and to inspire others
-give young people their OWN magazine, in which they can voice their concerns

This magazine will be unique:
-No single organization gets credit
-The magazine is not politically motivated
-The volunteers of the magazine are all anonymous Sikh youth from around the world

This magazine needs YOUR new, original submissions:
-articles
-stories
-poems
-art / sketches / painting
-graphic design


This magazine needs YOUR support to get the message out:
-financial support (advertisement or donation)
-become a local distributor (first issue October 2002)
-help in the website design for the magazine's website
