Marriage is way too complicated to make a black and white statement like that. Generally, if everything else is good as well, I'd say that it is easier on the marriage (considering children, etc) if both are but again, it is too general to make a definitive statement. If both people are respectful of the other's practices and don't try to undermine them in any way, then it can also work. There are so many things to consider in marriage.
