Summary of Question:	Hisotry And Reasons For Composition Of Sukhmani Sahib

waheguru ji ki fateh.

i wanted to know the history behind the recitation of Sukhmani Sahib, maybe from some Sakhis, or proper historical events.

Sukhmani Sahib is the Bani of Guru Arjan Dev ji, No one knows exactly when it was written. Of course we can guess that it was written before his martyrdom. He lived between April 7, 1563- June 1606
