MY QUESTION IS THAT IS GURU GOBIND SINGH JI RELATED TO GURU HARGOBIND JI?

The answer is yes. It would be easier to follow with a diagram, but here it is:
5th Guru Arjun was the SON of 4th Guru Ram Das
6th Guru Hargobind was the SON of 5th Guru and grandson of 4th Guru.
7th Guru Har Rai was the GRANDSON of 6th Guru Hargobind, not the son.
8th Guru Har Krishan was the SON of Guru Har Rai and the GREAT-GRANDSON of 6th Guru Hargobind
9th Guru Teg Bahadur was the SON of Guru Hargobind (he spent 30 years meditating in solitude)
SO,
10th Guru Gobind Singh was actually the GRANDSON of Guru Hargobind.

A diagram with the names of the parents of each Guru would help you SEE this, but anyway the above is true.
