Wahe Guru Ji ka Khalsa
Wahe Guru Ji ki Fateh!
Yes, your uncle can attend the diwans at the Gurdwara. He can also read at tabeya. His medical condition is not uncommon and should present no obstacle to his devotions. May Guru Ji bless you and your family with his endless love.
