Good web site keep it up. the thing is i am an amrittahri and i commited a dreadful sin many months ago. i took a smoke of a cigarette. and secondly i do not do all of my paat. or some of it. please tell me what i should do!! cus im unsure.

Smoking, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, all break your Amrit vows. You need to meet with the Punj Piare and discuss what led you to break your Amrit vows.

Not doing your nitnem does not break your Amrit vows. You need to reevaluate how you live....who you socialize with, which actions serve you, which actions
bring you down etc.
