waheguru ji ka khalsa, whaeguru ji ke fateh

i think i have to much sexual energy, it is ruinig me because i am not married. is there a way i can transfer that enery into simran. Thank You.

Sat nam. Well, yes. Just do it--the simran. Chant in the morning, chant at night. The longer you chant, the better. I would suggest 31 minutes at least, per session. That's the whole idea.
