sat sri akal ji !

today when i went to some indian store..their the owner of that store asked me if i want to buy indian drama..and i said no..i told them that i spend too much money on them so i don't want them instead of telling them that my heart doesn't desire this n e more..but the owner of said..."don't take amrit again..otherwise it's all ok"..i don't know what she meant by that..but in return i said that "i never took amrit b4"..truth is i took amrit for one guy..but not formyself and not for my guru ji..well now i don't consider that amrit as amrit..i consider it as "water"..the reason i do that cuz i took it w/o knowing what it means..and how i m gonna fulfil it..i took for A GUY..what i wanna know...m i doing something wrong..by telling myself that it was a water not amrit..and also did i lie today to that owner..reason i want to know..cuz guru ji doesn't want us to lie..his sikh should be one who only speaks truth..

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Amrit is amrit. Your not believing in it, and thinking it is just water is your problem. Lying is your problem. Stop it. Don't take Amrit again unless you truly want to follow the Rehit. Your own conscience is what will tell you when you lie. Lying becomes a habit too easily, and since God is Truth, when we lie we are separating ourselves from God even more! May God and Guru bless you with wisdom and commitment to Truth. SP
