well im 22 years old and i have fallen in love with this turbanned singh, i didnt used to like his as he was very fat (18 stone) but over the past year he gone from a fat guy to a fit guy who works out, ties his turban nicely and grooms his beard......in order to become closer to him i decided to become his friend and when we talked he told me that he had never had a girlfriend, kissed etc i was happy because it would mean i would be his first and only but the problem is he says that doesnt like sikh women any more because he says that sikh girls only like clean shaven guys.....and the only thing his ever got from sikh girls is insults and humiliation.......now he says he has met a girl who likes him and respects him and also like the fact he wears a turbans.......but SHE'S MUSLIM.......his parents found out and are very very angry and his relatives....he says nothing sexually has happened but he says he doesnt care because he say his finally found someone who finds him attractive and respects him.....he says that he doesnt understand why people are upset because his saying that nobody cares about turbanned singhs anyway such as society doesnt care and he says even sikh women only care about cleanshaven guys and look down on turbanned singhs.......but he doesnt realise that i care and am madly in love with him could you please help me.

You have two choices. One is to gracefully step away and let his relationship with the Muslim woman run its course. Perhaps it will work out. Perhaps not.

If you believe that he is truly happy and committed to this Muslim girl, look inside yourself - how would you feel if you were in her shoes?

The other choice, of course, is to choose this moment and tell him honestly how you feel.

You do have a third choice, which is to remain silent and potentially tormented by the situation. I would not recommend it.
