Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ke fateh

My question or rather comment is regarding cutting hair. I know it is wrong to cut ones hair. I dont even cut mine. People place too much of an emphasis on cuttin hair when they should be preaching on how to become a good person. There are many sikhs out there that dont cut their hair... but they do bad things. We should emphasize more on being good human beings. Let say two people died and they are being judged before Waheguru. One person never cut his/her hair but did bad karam... but the other one did cut their hair but did good karam. Wouldnt Waheguru be more pleased with the person did good karam?? Its true that we keep our hair for an identity n how we mustnt alter our bodies because its God given. But people who keep their hair still go on to do bad things. In the gurudwaras, you always see the people of the committee fighting with each other... knocking off each others turbans. That is such an embarassment. THey claim themselves to be close to Waheguru n then go on to do such bad deeds. In the evening, u see the same same sardarjis at the liquor store buying themselves sharaab. The same people who go around cursing, fighting, seeing other people's daughters in a bad way and wat not. These people are ruining our identity. However they claim themselves to be very religious because they have never cut a strand of hair in their lives. Half the questions on this site are geared towards why cutting hair is bad n one mustnt do it. Instead we should try to teach our young generation on how to become good people. Once we become good people, do good deeds, all of this be automatically start to make sense. Im pretty sure waheguru cares more about if a person did good deeds during his stay on earth than whether or not u have cut your hair.
Please forgive me if i have offended anyone. These are just my feelings.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa, waheguru ji ke fateh.
