On my way to work every morning say around 6.30am i plug on my Ipod and listen to Dukh Bhanjan, Dhan Dhan Guru Ramdas and JapJi sahib..My question is do i have to cover my head.My next question is i do Kirtan sohila every night followed by ardas and after that i go to sleep with the radio on playing some shabads and also Dhan Dhan Guru Ramdas ji is it Ok/ Can i do Dukh Bhanjan afer my night prayers or should i only do it during amritvela and are there any prayers i can do in the after any short prayers as i have a short break in the afternoon at work and was wondering what are the prayers i can do during these time ....Thank YOU

Sat nam. Yes, cover your head when reciting/listening to Gurbani/kirtan.
Rehiras is the afternoon bani. There are 1430 pages in Siri Guru. If you do not have time for rehiras, you still have plenty of choices!
