In the name of the One, Supreme Creator, greetings from your brother. I hope your lives are filled with the Word of the Guru, and the Chardi Kalaa that comes from it.
For the past week, I have been doing Rehiraas Sahib before dinner at night. This is my first attempt at learning from Gurbani. I would like to know how to integrate the daily banis into my life. What I am trying to say is - could you explain to me - what exactly I should do every day, as a Sikh of the Guru, with regard to the daily banis ?
I'm confused about why people recite Anand Sahib with Rehiraas, but only some of the pauris.
I'm confused when I do ardas, and when Kirtan Sohila - and how - if we have Guru Ji at home - I do Parkash and Sukh Asin.
Could you please explain all of these details to me so I may learn from my divine Guru?
Thank you for your assistance,
Nanak Naam Chardi Kalaa, Theray Baane Sarbat Ka Bhala!
Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

Sat Nam!! Sorry no one has answered your question before now. Actually, all you have to do is look up Victory and Virtue on Sikhnet. All of your questions and more will be answered there. May Guru guide you. GTKK
