khalsa ji..after u told me to listen to "mera man loche " shabad of dan dan Guru Arjan dev ji..my heart like something heavy is on it..i feel like crying..and i feel like a cold..is it good..is it how it feels..THANKYOU FOR REPLYING TO MY QUESTION..
