Dear beloved

When a person dies, they will either meet god (reach Parm Gati) or re-enter the Charasi Lakh Joon right?

I understand what the life cycle is.

but Im confused about Parm Gat

please can you explain it to me?

I know it means the supreme speed/ frequency, but I hear you can reach it, without dying by meditating. and become 1 with god.

are they the 2 different ends? life cycle and parm gat? because i've heard something called Suram Gati also. (what is this?, something to do with Shaheeds)

Your question requires a lengthy answer, but I will try to be brief and comprehensive as well.

Because of our karmas, we all come into this life with certain lessons we need to complete in this life. When we finally finish our lessons, life after life, we are ready to "go to God" and not have to come back into another lifetime. Going to God just means that we can merge with that Infinite energy after death. In that energy we may choose to help other earthly beings...acting in our Subtle and Radiant Bodies. Yes, it is possible to merge with God in life as well. Meditation is a perfect way to accomplish this. Feeling that merger in life helps us in death to more easily merge with God at that time. Because we are familiar with the experience, it will not be scary. Find a meditation class to attend. Kundalini Yoga classes, as taught my Yogi Bhajan are fabulous. See if there is one in your area. If you go to the web pages www.3ho.org or Kundaliniyoga.com, you should be able to find if there are any yoga classes in your area. Blessings. GTKK
