Sikhism is a instrument of God, for the purpose of leading others to the path of God. (this is why it is seen as such a great Privledge to be born in to a Gursikh family, to be a Gursikh, you are thus a tool of the all mighty)
The way this is done, is by becoming true sikh ourselves, once we have obtained this, we will obtain god, once we have obtained God, the noticeable flow of love from you will be all that is needed, to show people the path of God, whether the Path is Hinduism, Budhism, Islam that does not matter.
As a rose, can make whole room full of sweet scent, you too can eminate the essence of God, and love for God, and seeing this love people will follow your lead.
This is the main purpose of Khalsa, The purpose of Guru Nanaks Gurmukh Panth
