Sat nam. God has many names. The key part is the last 2 lines. God is in everyone, and is known via inner experience. God is not found outside. Nam Dayv understood this and is affirming that whether God is called by the name of Raam, Shyamm, or Govind, it is still God, and God is still IN Nam Dayv. Guru is telling you this. God is known from within.
