sir i m a amritdhari boy . can i colour my hair as the became white before the time.as i m 28 only.

It is not really the practice of Amritdharis to alter the body even temporarily, as with hair color. Your white beard is a special gift to you from God. Be proud of it and act wise beyond your years!
