WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DONT DO PAATH FOR TWO OR MORE DAYS DO YOU BREAK THE AMRIT?

NO. Missing paath is not considered a breaking of Amrit. Amrit is as much about making a vow to LEARN discipline as it is to keep disciplined. However, drinking, cutting hair, sex outside of marriage. These are considered breaking of amrit.
