Hey,

i am contemplating the prospect of becoming a sikh. i just want to know whether i must continue the growth of my hair as sikhs who were born into the faith?

Sat Siri Akaal. Well, since keeping one's form, including all one's hair (letting it grow completely out), as given by the Creator is a key aspect of Sikhi, I would think this would be an important part of identity for someone contemplating conversion or adoption of Sikhi. As always, the choice is yours. There is a LOT on this forum already posted about hair and turban. Find it by category.
