SP, im not quite sure how to put this, so i will shoot from the hip if thats okay...

Whenever u offer advice about sikh realted questions, do you ever refer to Guru Ji for advice first... i man, why dont you EVER use writings to back up what you say?

I write this becuase i am concerned that you are offering solutions to problems that totally contradict what sikhism preaches ( especially when u worite that amrit is not essential as the first 9 Gurus never took it).

(REPLY) Sat Nam. I don't recall ever saying that Amrit was not essential? It sounds as if you're quoting something definitely out of context. If people need advice with page numbers from Siri Guru Granth Sahib, they need to find a scholar. Our responses are the best we have to offer with the knowledge and experience we have of the Guru's teachings. My apologies if my responses have offended you in any way. I constantly suggest to people to read their banis, to recite shabds, I guess that doesn't satisfy what you are asking, but I don't know what else to reply. Blessings, SP
