vaheguru ji ka khalsa, vaheguru ji ki fatehh

now a days .. there are many posters,adds on tv about christian priests going out in public and doing miracles .. i saw a add of "miracle spring water" spread this water on ur head and you will be released from your sins/deseases .. or some people come and they hold priest's hand .. he do some prayer .. that person is totally fine .. is it possible that these people can do miracles .. i mean ridhi sidhi is possible .. but is it possible without true guru ???
