I have heard that the Amrit vela is 4 am to 7 am. However, think about how you can devote 10 % of your day to meditation, path and yoga. Ten percent is 2 1/2 hours. You can work toward that. Start with 30 minutes and work your way up as you feel stronger and more inspired. You are not committing a sin. God does everything, including having you sleep in through Amrit Vela. You simply have a challenge to master. The path of spiritual evolution is paved with challenges. Feel happy that God loves you this much to give you this opportunity!

I think that reciting Naam can be done with every breath. Putting on a kerchief at work may not be as hard as you think. How about putting on a turban? Turbans are recognized as a legally acceptable religious articles that are worn at all times.

God bless you with mastery and ease.

God bless you too.
