I also saw picture named 'Shakti' and they are of amritari women, it may just be a question of interpretation but why were these pictures named Shakti...is there is special significance.

The Temple of Steel................a huge project of a Gurdwara that is being planned to be built in "Ram Das Puri". Ram Das Puri is a sacred plot of land on a mountain top in New Mexico in the USA.
Shakti is a woman's name. Also, the term, 'a shakti', refers to a woman. The women I beleive that you saw pictured are Sikhs.....possibly Americans and possibly Amritdhari as well.
