do u wake up n pray at Amrit Vela.That will help the most I think because that is when we are thinking mostly with our subcouncious mind or our inner inner soul.Nightmares are caused when there is a problem bothering our inner soul.When we wake up at Amrit Vela we face these problems and battle them through the Naam.Once you subcouncious feels the Naam there will b no more nightmares.Also do Ardas n ill also do one for you.I hope this helps.
