hi-i am a 14 years girl and i like making friends on net...i love to chat and i usually give the chatters my phone number but...my mother doesnt allow me to mix with them!i got a lot of friends who are boyz coz in school i mix up more with guyz than girls but to my mom she say friending guyz in my age is wrong...some of myu classmates call me at home to ask about homework or sometimes kid around but my mom thinks that i have secret relationship with them...is it wrong to have a male friend?....i have a friend who is a chinese,i know him very well...we were friend 4 about 2 years and he ask me to b his sister now...and i dont mind but when my mom get to know she started lecturing me and saying this is not ur age to become is sister of a other race guy...is it wrong to become a sister of another race guy?i hope u answer me fast...i am waiting

Dear one, you are a grace and a light. You must value yourself as a woman of God and a woman of consciousness.

Being a sister to any in God's Creation is a graceful position. However, you must respect the concerns of your Mother as well. Your mother is correct in being concerned about your being more friendly with the boys in your school. Having one male friend who is of another ethnicity is not the problem. Sounds like YOU are attracted to boys. This is what your Mom is concerned with.

You must be sure to spend time developing your relationship with yourself....develop your relationship with your fellow woman classmates and family. Then, in the presence of your friends and family you can have association with other students. Try not to be singled out by any boys and try not to single them out yourself.
