Sat nam. What to do? STOP.
Let go of comparative issues like prettiness. At some level you are encouraging a 'thing' between you and her and that is why it is so hard to let it go. Be honest with yourself. Are you unhappy at home because of your wife's looks?!?!? Or because you don't really want to be married?
It is wrong to encourage an attraction that you cannot morally honor. You know exactly what to do. STOP encouraging this 'thing' between you and your workmate. Ask your boss to be moved to another location in the workplace. Guru ang sang,
