Hi, this question is concerning meditation. I have read a lot of responses on meditation here, and have learned a lot but I have a question. Its about the ..."third eye". It is told that for increasing concentration to focus on the tip of the nose, is it referring to the tip of the nose where it ends or between the eyes where the nose supposedly begins. I'm just trying to get it right.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. "Tip of the nose" refers to the end of the nose. (It is not the point between the eyebrows and slightly higher - about 1//8 inch. That is the location of what is sometimes called the "third eye." --) SP
