I am gursikh lady. I have Guru Granth Sahib Ji at home. I personally don't eat meat but because of my health I sometime do eat eggs. But my husband and my children do eat meat, and I cook for them at home.

My question is if you have Guru Garanth Sahib Ji at home should you cook the meat at home or not.

(REPLY) this is just my humble opinion, I can't state or quote any authority, but it seems to me that when the Guru is in Prakash, then you have a Gurdwara in your home. It's just that simple. When/if Guru is in Sukhasan, and in a separate room, with the door closed, then what you do in your kitchen is up to you and your personal conscience. Blessings, SP
