GURU FATEH

i was just wondering...i plan to join The Art of Living Foundation which teaches meditation techniques...i'll have to learn these from an instructor...am i allowed to learn meditation from thisanization?...this organization is a very prestigious one though...i try to meditate during amritvela everyday before japji...i guess this will improve my way of meditating...just wanted your opinion...

Dear one, I am not familiar with this organization. Best to learn to meditate and perfect from your own technology.

If you are so motivated to embellish your meditation, rather find some "kundalini yoga" classes in your area and learn from these meditations that are all from Siri Guru Granth Sahib. You can look in your telephone directory for "3HO Foundation" or check at www.3ho.org for classes in your city.
