Am I too young to be working out? I am 15 years old and one of my good friends that is older told me that if i really wanted to start to get muscles that i should wait till my body fills out and then go start working out. But I dont know when my body will fill out and i was wondering if I should wait or if there is some way that I can workout without hurting myself but yet still build muscles. Thank you for your time!!

The best way to build your health and your muscles and stamina is to play sports. The Guru's encouraged us to play sports, learn martial arts and to be physically masterful.

I am guessing that you are asking if you should be lifting weights and doing body building. That in itself is not as important as developing the many aspects of yourself which go beyond your muscles. I am not an expert on weight training, so I suggest you find a trainer to consult about this.
