Waheguru ji ki Fathe,

i am learning to tie a turban.I have a question regarding the video " Womens formel turban 1" the turban that is used in this video is 3 meter long but how much breadh doest it get ? and which material is it i mean what kind of cloth.

there is one more thing after when i make jura and after ramoveing turban .. i get always pain on the area where i made jura .. can u pls suggest me why its like that and what can i do agianst this pain.

The turban material is one meter wide. It is folded over three times lengthwise so the folded cloth is approx 13 CM wide. It is 100 percent cotton voile or fine weave cheesecloth. Joora is secured only with Kanga (no elastic) and do not make it too tight. Massage your scalp with fingertips and oil.
