Sat Nam,

As you already know Sikhism does not recognize any casts. So you already know the answer to your own question. Nobody is better than anyone else even if they really work hard at trying to convince themselves and others. However, if their discipline is better then there is definitely something to be said about that. And even that only goes on individual basis not on basis of cast.

Trying to set yourself aside from others is a very human thing. It's been happening all through out history and Sikhs are not always immune to these ailments of society. After all we are just people like anyone else.
The only thing we can do, would not be running around trying to tell anyone that they are not living right, but live the best way we can in the most clear consciousness and set example for everyone else, if we can.

Decisions to live differently in a more inclusive and accepting of others way sill has to be made on individual basis. No one person is responsible for anyone else, but if you have woken up to a higher consciousness then all you can do it teach others to do the same by your own example.
