|Eating Non-Veg To Improve Health

I'm suffering from a diordered digestive system. It's been more than 2 years.
Most of the protein and fat foods I'm to unable to digest and things like milk and ghee are not available in this part of the world.
I've lost 15 Kgs (I'm 22 yrs) and now weighs 50Kg.
I've been advised to start eating chicken and go on for a period of like 2 months. This advise came more than a year ago. I've tried all other plausible options but now it seems as I won't be able to improve or even come to a standstill in terms of weight if I don't do so.
I'm in dilenma. I'm AmritDhari (baptised) . Will it be acceptable if I proceed with the same for a period of two months. If I should, before starting with the same what Ardaas should I do.
Please suggest. I'm going to take your advise as final and binding.
Have you tried any vegetarian nutritionist to help you with your dis-order?
Not being a doctor or knowing of your dis-order makes it hard to answer.
However, if you need to eat meat for health reasons then you should plan to
re-take your Amrit vows AFTER the 2 months when you no longer need to eat meat. SK
