I am a Hindu and I get strong vision of Guru Nanak, this happening quite recently. I was thinking, what does this mean?

Sat nam. It can mean a number of things. It is really up to you to meditatively figure that out. It could be that you need to read his bani, it could be you are supposed to be Sikh, it could be you knew him in a past life, etc etc.
