If you only smoke weed sometimes, like on the weekends or something like that, is it still really bad? Because it's not like you do every day or anything like that so how could it possibly that bad?

Yes, it is really detrimental to your health and your mind.
1.The long term effects of occasional weed smoking kills brain cells permanantly.
2.It is against the law
